Are you afraid?

start today
Start today. It does not matter if the plan is average: Start. Today.

I can’t do that: I am too lazy.

I can’t do that: I am not capable.

I can’t do that: I don’t have the resources.

I can’t do that: I don’t have the time.

I can’t do that: I am not good enough.

It boils down to fear: fear of not being good enough. That’s the story you tell yourself, “I am not good enough”. Tell yourself something different, you will get different results. Stories are powerful.

When you’re afraid, you do not make any progress. You’re not happy. Fear has been described as “False Evidence Appearing Real”: you are scared of something that has yet to happen. Fear is seldom rational: it is all emotional.

The net result of being afraid is that you do not move forward.

Happiness lies in progress: when you know you are going in the general direction of your goal, you’re happy.

Progress happens when you grow. How do you grow?

You do not grow by doing the same thing over and over again. By doing the same thing, you get the same results. Obvious.

To have the things you don’t have, you need to do the things you haven’t done.

Growth happens when you challenge yourself. When you get out of your comfort zone. When you take risks. When you challenge the norm. When you ask difficult questions. When you live a life of adventure.

never regular

Do things that scare you. You will get used to it. Courage is not the absence of fear: it is your ability to handle fear.

This world is a test. All of it. The good and the bad. A test. What’s a test? Nothing but an opportunity to grow. To test myself.

God wants me to progress. To grow. To be happier.

Will I fail? Obviously. But it’s not about winning or failing. It’s about moving forward. Progress.

The only way to find your limits is when you cross them. When you fail, you will know.

Keep doing things that you are afraid of. Your growth – spiritually, financially, physically – will be enormous!

This challenge that is before me, this is nothing.

I wish you all the best,

God bless and good luck!
