So here’s the thing.
I’m not a developer. I’m a business coach now, who knows just enough to be dangerous.
But I’ve spent the last few months wiring AI into damn near every corner of Team Momekh.
And I figured I’d write this down, because Allah jaane I’ll forget what I did by next week.
This is a status report. Three-fourth truth, half-satire. The usual.
The big build: DreamBreaker
I’m building a coaching platform where each tool is AI-native. Not “AI bolted on later”, but AI as the actual engine trained on my coaching engagements of the last 3+ years.
The first tool inside it was The Friday Refresh.
Two of my premium coaching clients has used it, and here’s what one messaged me about that tool:

I llook forward to sharing these tools to all of my clients, students and members soon soon. InshAllah.
Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, MUI v9 (bro!), Prisma, MySQL.
Hosted on my Hetzner VPS because of course I’m not paying Vercel when my server already sits there, drinking my biryani.
Claude Code in VS Code
I run Claude Code in VS Code and the Desktop IDE. Don’t ask why.
Pro tip nobody asked for: write a tight CLAUDE.md at your project root with your stack, your commands, your rules. Run /init once. Then stop repeating yourself every session. You will thank yourself at 3am when the next idea hits.
Skills are the new SOPs
I started building Claude skills, little markdown files that teach Claude how to do specific jobs in my way.
I’ll keep posting as the build progresses. The good, the bad, and the “why is it 5am and the campaign just sent.”InshAllah talk soon,
