This toolkit helps find your focus by removing the distractions systematically.
There is a method to removing distractions so that you are primed for focused, deep work.
This toolkit shows you proven methods to use in your day-to-day.
Why This Matters
When you think of focus, you are thinking about the thing you want to focus on. That’s just one part of focus.
The other part of focus is the list of things you will not pay attention to.
These are 2 fundamentals of focus.
- You must have a very clear sense of what you want to pay attention to.
- You also must have a very clear sense of things you will not pay attention to so that you have the ability to pay attention to the main thing!
The second part is what we call “removing distractions”.
