Refunds and Returns Policy

Momekh’s Refunds/Cancellation policy is based on this basic premise:

Our primary purpose is to help you and solve your problem. If you feel that we were unable to do it, we do not want your money.

Refunds are issued on products that are offered with a money-back guarantee, and that includes eBooks and other such tangible products.

Most products (including workshops and seminars) have a pre-set # of days money-back guarantee. You can ask for and get a refund, no questions asked.

For refunds (or cancellation) of services – such as design services, business growth work – the policy that is mentioned on that service’s sales page will be applicable. If there is no such refund/cancellation policy mentioned, then all services also come with a 100% money back guarantee: you don’t like the service, ask for a refund (and/or cancellation) within 14 days and your money will be returned, no questions asked.
