E commerce Business (Pakistan) – The Mistake!

by | Last updated Jul 19, 2021

If you are planning to start an ecommerce business, especially in Pakistan, then first off all, congratulations. That’s the right decision.

But there will be an inherent problem that you will face in starting an online business here.

In fact, you will face this problem in any business, ecommerce or otherwise…. and no matter if you are opening an online store in Lahore, Karachi, Vehari or Chuniya.

That problem is that you are lead to believe that to do everything, you must first know everything.

In this video, I try to dissect this problem and how it applies to starting an online business and an ecommerce website here in Pakistan.

Three Questions

Three questions you need to ask, and you only have to answer two of ’em.

When you are doing anything, it will have three types of questions:

  1. What is it?
  2. Why do you need it?
  3. How will it get done?

You, as an entrpreneur, needs to know exactly What you need, Why you need it…and the How part, you can skip. In fact, and this is important, you MUST skip it.

I give a few examples from different industries, from dairy farming to opening a retail store, to opening an online store. You can see these examples in the video (or the Start Online Business playlist here)
