Over the years, I have been able to learn a lot about Investments in general, and Real Estate Investments in particular. I plan to share that information with you on these pages here.

My intention is to:

• educate about real estate investments,
• share insights that I am learning about investing smartly, and
• if you are interested in investing, to show you options that I have shortlisted.

I have always been told to “invest in real estate” because that is a comparatively stable way of not only parking your money, but growing your money.

I learnt first about investment concepts in my early twenties. And at that time, the idea of investing in real estate was not as appealing as the other option: investing in stock market. That was due to the fact that I can invest in stocks in a mere thousand or so rupees… which was all I had back then truth be told. Alhumdulillah.

As one grows, one sees the benefit of investing in real estate. Especially in Pakistan, I saw the real estate boom right in front of my eyes. I saw how someone’s milkman bought a daala, the Hilux. People with agriculture land near Lahore became multi millionaires literally in the span of a few months. That was a boom if there ever was one.
