What is a schedule? Why you must have one?

A schedule is any task with a time frame.

You want to write an email for your clients. That’s a task.

You will do that on 8PM this coming Tuesday. Now that’s part of a schedule.

A Schedule is not a Calendar

If you know anything about my work, you know I insist on having a calendar. Let your calendar be your boss!

It is easy to confuse a schedule with a calendar.

A calendar is a visual representation of your schedule. You make the schedule and then plug that into your calendar.

Calendar is the tool. Schedule is the fundamental concept.
