Just had a little chat with an old friend. He is very much high on the corporate ladder in one of the biggest corporations in the world. MashAllah, his lifestyle is at least luxurious, possibly because of his high-paying, well connected job.
He wants to quit and start his own business. Be self-employed.
He told me that he doesn’t have any equity – he used the word equity – to start his business.
Gutts are cheaper than equity.
