You want to build a brand in Pakistan that gives you 1 million rupees (10 lac rupees) every month? Here are the 5 things you need to do:
Break It Down
10 lacs per month is not a dream anymore, break it down. Use maths.
Consider these scenarios:
- 1,000 rupee product, you need to sell 1,000 of them every month to get to 10 lacs per month
- 10,000 rupee product, you need to 100 of them to reach 1 million rupees per month
- 100,000 rupee product, you only need to sell 10 to reach you income goal with your brand
You get the picture, right?
So you need to first identity this number and have it in front of you.
“Every month I need to sell my product X number of time”
That becomes your main mission!
Examples:
One of my coaching clients has a product he sells for 200,000 rupees. He only needs to sell to 5 people in a month.
Another coaching client who is a doctor and a wellness trainer, his product is priced at 5000 rupees, so he needs to sell to 200 people every month.
My DreamBreaker coaching program is 300,000 rupees per quarter, so every month I need to sell to essentially 4 people to cross 1 million rupees per month.
One Offer
You need one offer not a menu of offers.
“I do this and I also do that and this and that…” means that you really don’t do anything.
One pain point you offer solves for, one transformation that happens in your client’s life after using your product, and one ICP (Ideal Client Profile), that’s the power of one!
Your offer can be crafted simply if you follow this template:
“I help (ICP) to get (the transformation) in (X Amount of Time)”
Examples:
Owned Audience, Not Rented
You must always try to own your audience, not rent your audience.
Making content for instagram, youtube, linkedin, facebook, tiktok: that’s all good, but these are platforms you use to get people to join your community.
These are all good, but they are not yours.
I have thousands of followers on YouTube and Insta and TikTok, but I don’t consider them part of my community. Only those people are in my community that are part of my email newsletter or those who in our WhatsApp chats.
If I have the contact details of my audience, only then do I consider them to be a part of my community.
Your brand does not need an audience, it needs that audience to be converted into a community.
Examples:
You Need a Point of View
Your brand needs to stand for something.
Not only “this is what I do” but also “this is what I don’t do!”.
Example:
I always tell people that do not rely on marketplaces like Fiverr and Upwork to build your business, you should always be investing time and money on building your own brand outside of these marketplaces. This advice is not what’s typically given to freelancers, right? So this becomes a simple point of view that helps your brand.
You need this kind a position in your own domain, no matter what your product or service is.
How to get your own point of view for your brand? Just fill in the blank here:
In my industry, I find X to be ridiculous!
That X is your point of view.
You need Proof
You are not selling a product, you are selling a transformation.
You need to show people how using your service/product will transform them.
If you are just starting out in business, you won’t have much “proof” and that’s fine. Work for free, barter with friends, do whatever it takes to SHOW to your community that your offer works.
Examples:
For my DreamBreaker coaching program, consider this public declaration by one of our clients:

For our Structure of Success program, I have lots of these to display:

“Exactly got what i expected…”
“Alhumdulillah! Exactly Got what i expected… The expectations were to get the clarity of mind, to drive my life with a Vision but i was unable to know about the framework that how i am gonna get there? (Like there was mind full of ideas but do not know how is it going to be done) and then i came across this course, now i am very clear about how to do it means i know which steps i am gonna take that will one day finally will bring me to my Purpose Insha Allah!!!.”

Verified Purchase
I sometimes feel that my only job is to collect testimonials! Create such an offer and sell it to the right people, so that their life changes in such a way that they tell others about it and I get myself a testimonial.
A positive testimonial shows that your whole business and brand is actually working.
So to recap:
- Break the larger goal using simple maths
- Make one offer to one ICP (so the ICP is not confused, and you also retain the most valuable thing you have: your focus)
- Always be building your community by owning the audience, not just renting it
- Have a point of view so people connect with you on the right things!
- Have proof of your brand’s promise of transformation being fulfilled!
And that is how you build a brand that reaches and then crosses 1 million rupees per month, inshAllah.
