Friends

People I like and admire. Some of them I have known for years. Some I only know through their work, and have never met. Remember blogrolls? This is that: names, links, and a line about why.

Friends

  • Saad Khawaja. An old friend, a transplant athlete, and a source of inspiration for a lot of people.
  • Daanish Ali. A corporate executive with a beautiful passion for teaching golf to kids.
  • Mashaal Khan. A published author of English fiction, pursuing her dream of telling stories to millions of people.
  • Omair Bangash. An old friend, and someone who always shares the advice you need to hear.

People whose work I admire

  • Chris Guillebeau. The author. I read his 279 Days to Overnight Success years ago, and I have been featured on his blog.
  • James Clear. We had a few email exchanges back in the day, about Scott Dinsmore among other things.
  • Chris Brogan. Someone who would encourage me to keep writing and keep exploring.
  • Julien Smith. Author of The Flinch, then a startup founder, and someone who once got on a phone call to guide me on my writing. I would read his In Over Your Head blog and still wish he would restart it. Great writer.
