So really, why are some people more productive? 

Frankly, they get more done in a day what most other people get done in a week (or sometimes in a month!).

I think to answer that, you would have to consider the opposite, right? 

Why do most people take forever to complete a project? 

No, seriously, be honest with yourself here…

Why do most of us just “keep dreaming” and do nothing about it? We even know what to do! But we still don’t do it? Why is that? 

I remember I met an old friend from college… we caught up on Facebook (where else right?), and I realized his office was quite close to my office.

He was working as a branch manager at a bank, and he promised that they serve some great coffee (why is it that all bankers I know claim their office coffee is the best!? anyways…)

So there I was sitting with him and I told him about my “add-ventures” and projects… and as many of my friends do, he told me, “I also want to start my own business one day!”

“O OK, what’s it about?”

He told me his family business is importing machinery, and he wants to set up shop himself as well.

“Hey that’s actually not a bad idea,” I said.

“So what is stopping you from starting?”

He was silent, just sipped his coffee.

“One of these days, I will start brother,” he finally said.

“OK, so how long have you wanted to start this business?” I asked.

“Since we were in college yaar!” he said.

And you know the sad part? When he told me this, we had been in college almost 18 years ago.
